- Keeping in frequent contact with its member groups, learning their problems and finding ways to contribute to their growth and well-being. (S31)
- Identifying areas of need or underserved locales.
- Serving as a liaison between Area 36, Area Committees, and other Districts in our Area, to ensure that members are well informed about service.
